The Downtown Ventura Partners Community Enrichment Fund (DVP-CEF) is a California nonprofit corporation organized to inspire charitable investment in projects that enhance Downtown Ventura.

Working alongside Downtown Ventura Partners, local businesses, property owners, residents, artists, and community organizations, DVP-CEF supports initiatives that strengthen the downtown experience while preserving Ventura’s unique character.
